At F45 Hinsdale / Western Springs, we are looking for a passionate Head Trainer who is ready to lead, inspire, and help elevate our coaching team.
The Role
As Head Trainer, you will be the leader behind our training experience — developing coaches, delivering exceptional workouts, and creating an environment where members feel motivated, supported, and challenged every day.
You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards that make F45 different while helping our members achieve incredible results.
What You’ll Do
⭐ Lead and elevate daily training experiences
⭐ Coach and mentor trainers to improve confidence, knowledge, and delivery
⭐ Ensure workouts are executed safely, effectively, and with energy
⭐ Provide guidance on anatomy, movement, exercise technique, and coaching strategies
⭐ Help create a consistent, high-quality member experience
⭐ Support trainer development through feedback and education
⭐ Collaborate with leadership on events, challenges, and community initiatives
⭐ Stay current with fitness trends and continue growing as a leader
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experienced coach, trainer, or fitness professional with a strong understanding of movement, physiology, and exercise science
✔ Ability to motivate, educate, and connect with people of all fitness levels
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude
✔ Passion for helping others become their best selves
✔ Group fitness experience preferred (but not required)
✔ Organized, dependable, and ready to take ownership

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
