Position: Head Swim Instructor Wanted

In this leadership role, the Head Swim Instructor oversees swim lessons and ensures all aquatic programs are delivered effectively. You will train and mentor a dedicated team of swim instructors while maintaining safety standards for all participants. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to promote student success in swimming.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design effective lesson plans that promote water proficiency
• Instruct swim lessons while fostering a positive learning setting
• Train and mentor fellow swim instructors for improvement
• Assess instructor performance regularly for quality control
• Uphold all safety regulations to prevent accidents
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years swim instructor experience, including supervising
• Required certifications: CPR-C and National Lifeguard
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Experience with varied age groups and skill levels
• Competitive swimming background is a plus
