Current Opening: Head Softball Coach
McNeil High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Head Softball Coach to lead our varsity softball program. This is a teaching position that includes coaching responsibilities. Candidates must hold a valid Texas standard teaching certificate in any subject area.

- Competitive Compensation: In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for the Head Softball Coach stipend of $6,000. Teachers may also be eligible for additional stipends across content areas including Special Education, Fine Arts, Athletics, Math, Spanish, and CTE (Marketing and Engineering).
- TIA Incentive Allotment: Round Rock ISD is a Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) district — eligible teachers may earn a TIA designation, providing an additional pathway for increased compensation based on performance.
