The Head Softball Coach will:
- Oversee all aspects of operating a successful NCAA Division III program within a competitive conference structure.
- Lead student-athletes to a strong team structure that develops student-athlete experiences and competitive team results
- Ensure compliance (and reporting of violations) with NCAA Division III and MIAC rules.
- Meet recruiting goals as established by the athletic department is a vital part of this position.
- Organize an assistant coaching structure that supports department and team goals.
- Develop strong alumnae connections
- Other duties as assigned.
Annual wage is $51,439 – $72,034 depending on qualifications and experience.
The salary range listed reflects a good-faith estimate of what we reasonably anticipate to pay for this position, based on market data and internal equity, at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and other relevant factors. St. Catherine reserves the right to modify or adjust compensation depending on University needs.
