The Town of Newmarket is seeking a Head Pro for the Fall/Winter/Spring season. With a focus on all skill levels, you will teach group and private lessons while managing daily operations of club activities and court bookings. Your excellent customer service and leadership skills will be essential to create a positive experience for participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging pickleball lessons
• Supervise club lessons, leagues, and clinics
• Provide quality customer service to participants and families
• Document and communicate operational concerns effectively
• Respond to emergencies, providing first aid if needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching
• DUPE 4.0 playing level required
• Energetic and positive interaction with the public
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Availability for a flexible schedule
