We're partnering with a leading sports and entertainment agency to appoint a Head of Social, responsible for leading the social media strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-profile athletes.
The Role
- Own the end-to-end social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Threads and Facebook.
- Lead content planning, publishing, community management and audience growth.
- Shape authentic athlete brands through engaging, platform-first content.
- Deliver commercial campaigns, merchandise launches and partner activations across social.
- Work closely with creatives, photographers and videographers to produce best-in-class content.
- Monitor trends, competitors and emerging platforms to keep content innovative and relevant.
- Capture content at live events and support key moments throughout the sporting calendar.
About You
- Experience managing high-profile social media accounts is a MUST
- Experience working with athletes, celebrities, creators or premium entertainment brands is a MUST
- Strong understanding of content strategy, platform trends and audience growth.
- Excellent copywriting skills and an instinct for brand tone of voice.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel and weekend work.
- Experience within elite sport or motorsport is highly desirable.
