We are looking for an experienced Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to lead the Governance, Risk, and Compliance function and support the organization in maintaining effective governance practices, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain governance, risk, and compliance policies and procedures.
- Identify, assess, and monitor organizational risks and recommend mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of governance frameworks and internal controls.
- Prepare reports related to governance, risk, and compliance for senior management.
- Work closely with different departments to promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
- Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on the organization.
- Lead and manage the GRC team to achieve departmental objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8–11 years of relevant experience in Governance, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, or related functions.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
