About the Role
We are looking for someone to lead the Foundation operationally during its next phase of growth.
This is not an advisory or purely strategic position.
We are looking for a builder.
Someone who is comfortable:
- creating momentum from scratch
- building partnerships
- driving fundraising
- organizing initiatives
- connecting people
- and turning ideas into real execution
The person joining would become the first active operational person inside the Foundation, working directly with the board and the wider YOUNG ecosystem.
This role requires:

What You Will Be Responsible ForFoundation Operations
- Lead day-to-day operational execution of the Foundation
- Help structure priorities, planning and workflows
- Coordinate initiatives and keep momentum moving
- Work closely with the board and YOUNG ecosystem
Partnerships & Sponsorships
- Build relationships with sponsors, brands, sports clubs, entrepreneurs and ecosystem partners
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Support fundraising and sponsorship conversations
- Help secure funding and collaborations for Foundation initiatives
Initiatives & Community
- Help launch and manage projects related to:
- youth development
- sport
- entrepreneurship
- mentorship
- Coordinate events, activations and community initiatives
- Build relationships with mentors, athletes, founders and young talent
Visibility & Communication
- Help strengthen the Foundation’s visibility and positioning
- Support storytelling, communication and partnerships
- Keep external momentum alive through initiatives and ecosystem engagement
What We Are Looking ForMust-Haves
- Entrepreneurial mentality

- Experience with sponsorships, fundraising or partnerships
- Comfortable in early-stage environments with ambiguity
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on mentality

- Fluent English
Strong Plus
- Experience in sports, entrepreneurship or youth-focused initiatives
- Startup or founder mentality
- Experience building projects from zero
- Dutch language skills

Current Stage & Ambition
The Foundation is still in an early operational phase.
Current goals include:
- activating partnerships and initiatives
- building fundraising momentum
- expanding the mentor and partner network
- strengthening visibility and ecosystem presence
Compensation & Growth
Initial phase:
- approximately 15h/week
Next phase:
- potentially scaling toward 24–32h/week
Long term, the idea is to progressively grow:
- the role
- the team
- and the Foundation itself
including volunteers, junior profiles, interns and additional operational support as momentum increases.
