The Mission
Your mission is to transform our operational DNA by aligning 'what we do' with 'how we win.' Operating strictly within the HR Department, you will lead the charge in digitizing organizational performance and workforce productivity, moving us to a sophisticated, automated data ecosystem. By providing the leadership team with a clear view of headcount efficiency and business health, you will become the architect of our scaling strategy, ensuring every function and region operates at its peak potential.
📍Location: Fully Remote (with preference for CET/EET time zones)
📌 Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Audit & Optimization
- Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Digitize employee workload to understand real-time capacity vs. theoretical output
- Develop a clear structure for team loading: "How much time does a task take vs. how much should it take?"
2. Data Strategy & Reporting
- Define requirements for the data analytics team to build high-impact reports (in Power BI, Metabase, other tools)
- Consolidate people and operational data from fragmented sources into unified dashboards
- Monitor global headcount costs and performance
3. Automation & Efficiency
- Drive the automation of repetitive tasks (e.g., support ticket routing, manual reporting)
- Work closely with Department Heads and the Automation Department to turn "Performance Ideas" into "Operational Reality"
- Shift KPI tracking from manual entries by managers into automated analytical systems
4. Service Mapping & Competencies
- Clearly define which functions are handled by HQ and which remain with the regions
- Collaborate on a Competency Matrix linked directly to departmental functions and HR frameworks
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Hands-on experience in the iGaming industry is a must. You have to understand the specific operational dynamics, user behavior, and regional scaling challenges unique to this sector
- Prior experience in same role, Business Operations, Organizational Design, or People Analytics
- Deep understanding of data architecture and reporting (Power BI, Metabase)
- You understand the "drivers of headcount" and how to calculate the cost and efficiency of labor
- Ability to validate current metrics and propose shorter, more efficient procedures
- You can influence Department Heads to implement changes even when there is internal inertia
- C1 level of English proficiency, Native Ukrainian/Russian – is mandatory
