As Nexus continues expanding internationally, we are now looking for a Head of Business Development / Operations to help organise, manage and scale the company’s commercial structure.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for someone highly organised, proactive and ambitious who can help manage and coordinate Nexus’ growing business development structure.
The role will involve:
– overseeing Business Development Representatives,
– tracking outreach and lead pipelines,
– organising CRM systems,
– ensuring follow-ups are completed,
– coordinating meetings,
– maintaining operational structure,
– helping scale Nexus internationally.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage and supervise Business Development Representatives
– Ensure daily outreach targets are completed
– Organise CRM and lead tracking systems
– Monitor meetings, follow-ups and opportunities
– Help improve internal sales structure
– Maintain professional communication standards
– Report weekly directly to Nexus leadership
– Assist with operational coordination and growth systems
