Job Summary: Duties include providing interactive and well-rounded training, observing players’ approaches and outlining corrective techniques, and endeavoring to minimize preventable injuries. Head coaches will schedule and spearhead practices, outline all rules and accompanying expectations, bolster teamwork and camaraderie, model commendable sportsmanship, and encourage safe sporting practices.
