Shoot 360 is a state-of-the-art basketball training facility dedicated to developing players of all ages and skill levels. We combine cutting-edge technology with expert coaching to deliver a training experience unlike any other.
About the role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Coach to lead our training programs, mentor and manage our coaching staff, and drive member engagement and retention. This is a high-impact leadership position for someone who loves the game, leads by example, and is committed to upholding the Shoot 360 standard of excellence — on and off the court.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, structured training programs for members across skill levels
- Lead one-on-one and group training sessions with a focus on measurable player improvement
- Mentor, develop, and hold accountable our coaches to ensure consistent delivery of Shoot 360 standards
- Foster a positive, high-performance coaching culture through ongoing feedback and professional development
- Build strong relationships with members to drive retention and long-term engagement
- Collaborate with facility leadership to grow membership and expand programming
- Develop new training offerings and curriculums that differentiate Shoot 360 in the market
- Serve as a brand ambassador — inspiring athletes, families, and your coaching team to invest in the Shoot 360 mission
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of coaching experience at the youth, high school, collegiate, or professional level
- Proven ability to mentor and lead other coaches or staff members
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute training programs that produce results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you thrive building relationships
- Experience with player development technology is a plus
- A genuine passion for basketball and helping athletes and coaches reach their potential
- Strong organizational and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a member-first mindset.
- Ability to represent Shoot 360 professionally in the community and at local events.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and extended in-gym hours as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
