Masters
Head Women's Swimming and Diving Coach. Recruit, coach and advise student athletes. Responsible for the integrity of the program and the performance of the team in and out of competition. Community outreach for fundraising and other promotional activities. Work efficiently with other coaches and staff within the university framework. Adhere to all governing body, Conference, State, and University rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
Serve on athletic department, UWF, NCAA, or Conference committees. Assist in achieving the departmental strategic plan and recruiting community program supporters. Performs other essential duties and tasks as assigned by the Director and/or Associate Directors of Athletics.
Requires flexible schedule to include nights and weekends due to travel, recruiting, practices, and competitions.
Masters degree in an appropriate are of specialization and one year of coaching experience at the high school level or above; or a bachelors degree in an appropriate area of specialization and three years experience at the high school level or above. Successful experience as a graduate assistant or intern in an athletic program is acceptable for up to one year of the required experience.
