Gymnastics/Tumbling Instructor Jobs in Louisville at Spark Athletics
We are looking for passionate and energetic people who love working with children and have experience in Trampoline & Tumbling or Gymnastics (will also train the right candidate who has a desire to learn). The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic, reliable, and have a positive attitude helping our athletes develop skills and enjoy their classes. This role offers significant growth opportunities, including the potential to move into leadership positions, such as program director, as the gym expands.
Responsibilities:
- Coach Trampoline & Tumbling and/or preschool gymnastics for children of various skill levels.
- Foster a safe, fun, and supportive atmosphere.
- Teach proper form and technique on equipment like the trampoline, rod floor, and double-mini.
- Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress.
- Ensure the safety of all athletes during training sessions.
- Work collaboratively with other coaches to develop class plans and improve the program.
- Hands on training, scheduled training and virtual training provided
