Job Summary
Hiring experienced individuals to join our dynamic team as Gymnastics Team . Multiple posutions avsilable USA level 6-10 , Excel Coach as well as Ninja Instructor, Seeking experience energy and passion to inspire children to develop their physical skills, confidence, and teamwork. In this role, you will lead fostering a fun, safe, and motivating environment for young learners. Your expertise will help children build strength, coordination, and resilience while ensuring they enjoy every moment of their growth journey. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children’s lives through a established growing 20,000 sq ft facility
Duties
- Lead energetic gymnastics and ninja obstacle courses tailored to various age groups and skill levels
- Design fun, safe, and progressive lesson plans that promote physical development and confidence
- Manage behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment for all participants
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including equipment checks and supervision during activities
- Engage children with encouraging feedback and motivate them to achieve their personal best

Experience
- Prior experience in Team coaching, teaching physical education, or working with children in prior positions
- Knowledge of gymnastics fundamentals and ninja obstacle course design
- Safety sport and backgroud checks a must
