Competitive Team Coach – USAG Xcel Program
CORE Kids Academy is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Team Coaches to join our growing competitive gymnastics program! We are seeking positive, dependable coaches who love the sport of gymnastics and enjoy helping athletes grow both in skill and confidence.
Our Xcel Team program continues to grow, and we are looking for coaches who are passionate about athlete development, strong technique, and creating a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Coach competitive USAG Xcel athletes in a safe, positive, and structured environment
- Teach proper progressions, shaping, and technique
- Provide strong spotting and athlete support
- Motivate athletes while building confidence, discipline, and teamwork
- Communicate professionally with parents, athletes, and staff
Qualifications
- Previous gymnastics coaching experience required
- Strong understanding of USAG Xcel
- Strong spotting skills required
- Knowledge of proper progressions and athlete development
- Positive, professional, and customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to connect with and motivate children of all ages
- Dependable, energetic, and team-oriented

Job Type: Part-time 3-9 hours a week
Pay: $25.00 – $26.00 per hour
