About the Role:
As a Gymnastics Camp Coach, you’ll be responsible for leading engaging, safe, and age-appropriate gymnastics sessions for children. You’ll help campers develop skills, confidence, and a positive attitude toward fitness and teamwork—all while having fun!

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily gymnastics instruction tailored to varying skill levels

Ensure a safe environment by monitoring proper equipment use and enforcing safety rules

Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all campers

Assist with camp activities, team-building exercises, and special events

Communicate effectively with fellow staff, parents, and campers

Serve as a role model for good sportsmanship, teamwork, and enthusiasm

Qualifications:
Prior experience coaching or instructing gymnastics (recreational or competitive)

Experience working with children in a camp, school, or sports setting

Strong communication and leadership skills

CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)

Must pass background check
