We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring Gymnastic/ Acro Instructor to join our team and help shape the next generation of performers and dancers.
The Role: You will be the heartbeat of our gymnastics/Acro classes, crafting engaging, age-appropriate lessons that blend technical precision with artistic expression while creating a safe, inclusive, and fun environment where everyone feels welcome and empowered to move.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver captivating lesson plans for diverse age groups (ages 5 to 7) and skill levels (beginner to Intermediate).
- Teach weekly classes, ensuring students develop technique, confidence, and a genuine love for movement.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and encouraging classroom atmosphere where students feel safe to explore and express themselves.
- Collaborate with studio directors and fellow instructors to align curriculum and ensure a cohesive student experience.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and strong communication with students, parents, and staff.
- Be punctual, reliable, and prepared for every class session.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in gymnastics/ Acro instruction, with a background in Acro
- A passion for teaching and mentoring young people, with excellent communication and classroom management.
- A reliable vehicle and ability to commute to the studio location is necessary.
