Role Description The Gym Trainer at EMS Easy Fit Alexandria will provide personalized fitness instruction and guidance using EMS training methods and complementary workout techniques. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, working directly with clients to conduct one-on-one and small-group training sessions, demonstrate proper exercise form, and monitor client safety throughout each workout. The trainer will perform initial fitness assessments, help set realistic goals, and adjust training plans based on individual progress and needs. Daily responsibilities include educating clients on EMS equipment usage, providing basic nutrition and lifestyle guidance, maintaining a clean and organized training area, and collaborating with the team to deliver consistent, high-quality member experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to design and lead effective, safe workouts.
- Experience in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to support varied training programs and performance-focused sessions.
- Knowledge of Nutrition to offer practical guidance that complements clients’ fitness goals.
- Relevant fitness certification (e.g., personal training or group fitness) and familiarity with EMS or specialized training methods is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly, motivate clients of diverse backgrounds, and maintain a professional, inclusive training environment.
- Good physical fitness, attention to safety protocols, and willingness to learn and apply new technologies and techniques.
