We are looking for a Semi-Senior Advanced Copywriter who dares to think differently and trusts their gut.
You will be part of an agile team within the Marketing Services area, dedicated to serving major accounts in the Sports and Entertainment sector. Your mission is to balance the aesthetic and strategic refinement needed to communicate innovation with the tactical agility required by the dynamic football calendar. You will be the voice of global brands during peak moments, transforming fan passion into high-impact narratives.
What will help you succeed:
- Advertising Copywriting & Storytelling: Mastery of creative writing for macro concepts, short-video scripts, and leadership in building narrative structures for high-impact client presentations.
- Integration & Football Culture: Ability to translate fan community trends and memes into relevant formats using native content creator language.
- "Out of the Box" Creativity: Ability to identify creative gaps on social media and experiment with new formats that break away from traditional "always-on" monotony.
- Real-Time Strategy: Proactivity in identifying real-time opportunities during matches and events, fostering community engagement and brand relevance.
- Advanced Autonomy: High capacity for self-management and organization to handle varying delivery volumes for different accounts while maintaining technical excellence.
Pluses:
- Sports Background: Previous experience serving Football or Sports accounts and working within Marketing Services or Digital House structures.
- Chronically Online: Staying attuned to emerging conversations on X/Twitter, TikTok, and Threads, helping brands lead topics before they go mainstream.
This position can be filled in São Paulo, Brazil #LI-Hybrid.
