🚀 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Growth & Community Builder to help us grow and activate football communities across X (Twitter) and inside Fanverse.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, not strategy from the sidelines.

⚽ What you’ll be doing
• Posting football discussion content on X daily
• Engaging with football fans, pages, and creators
• Starting conversations, debates, and predictions
• Identifying trending football topics early
• Bringing users into Fanverse communities
• Helping activate live match discussions inside Fanverse
• Making communities feel active and engaging during games
• Supporting World Cup match-day engagement
🧠 Who we’re looking for
Beyond just football knowledge, we’re looking for someone who:
• Understands football fan culture deeply
• Has experience growing social accounts or online communities
• Has built engagement on platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok, or Reddit
• Knows how to start conversations and get people talking
• Is active online and comfortable engaging daily
• Thinks in trends, not just posts
Bonus if you’ve:
• Grown a football page or sports community before
• Worked with creators or online audiences
• Built engagement during live events or sports moments
💡 Time Commitment
Around 2–3 hours per day, flexible.
This is a high-engagement role during live football moments.
💰 Compensation
This is an equity-based early-stage role (no salary at this stage).
You will receive up to 2% equity in Fanverse (Mutema Technology LLC), structured through vesting.
📈 Equity Structure
• Up to 2% equity
• 6-month cliff (no equity earned until 6 months of consistent contribution)
• After 6 months, equity begins vesting
• Full vesting over 4 years based on continued contribution
This ensures long-term alignment as we build Fanverse into a global football community platform.
