We’re looking for a highly driven Growth & Admissions Manager who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys interacting with parents and young athletes, and is passionate about building systems that drive sustainable business growth.
Role Overview
The Growth & Admissions Manager owns the complete customer journey from the first inquiry to long-term player retention.
This role is responsible for increasing academy enrolments, improving conversion rates, driving renewals, building referral programs, and ensuring every prospective family receives a premium admissions experience.
This is a revenue-generating role with clearly defined monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Sales
- Own the academy admissions funnel from inquiry to enrolment.
- Respond to all incoming leads via WhatsApp, phone, website, email, Instagram, and walk-ins.
- Schedule and coordinate trial sessions.
- Conduct admissions counselling with parents.
- Explain academy programs, player pathways, fee structures, and policies.
- Follow up consistently with prospective families until a decision is made.
- Convert trial players into paid academy members.
Growth & Business Development
- Execute monthly enrolment campaigns.
- Build and manage referral programs.
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Coordinate community events and football festivals.
- Support school partnership initiatives.
- Develop local marketing activations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
Customer Success & Retention
- Ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for every new player.
- Build strong relationships with parents.
- Coordinate quarterly parent feedback sessions.
- Drive subscription renewals.
- Reduce player churn through proactive engagement.
- Resolve parent concerns professionally and promptly.
CRM & Operations
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and customers.
- Update CRM daily.
- Track lead sources and conversion performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly admissions reports.
- Coordinate with coaching and operations teams to manage trial scheduling and onboarding.
Revenue Growth
- Identify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value.
- Promote holiday camps, goalkeeper programs, private coaching, tournaments, merchandise, and premium player development services.
- Cross-sell and upsell academy offerings where appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in admissions, inside sales, customer success, business development, or education/sports organisations.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, FreshSales, or similar.
- Passion for football or sports is highly desirable.
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
First 30 Days
- Understand all academy programs and operations.
- Learn the admissions process and CRM.
- Take ownership of all incoming leads.
- Improve response time and follow-up discipline.
Days 31–60
- Increase trial bookings and attendance.
- Launch a structured referral initiative.
- Implement standardised admissions reporting.
- Improve trial-to-enrolment conversion.
Days 61–90
- Achieve monthly enrolment targets.
- Increase renewal rates.
- Launch at least one community or school outreach initiative.
- Present a quarterly growth plan with measurable outcomes.
Compensation
Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
Performance Incentives:
