Position Summary
The Gym is seeking enthusiastic Fitness Instructors to lead group fitness classes, motivate members, and help create an exceptional training experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and fitness, enjoys working with people, and is committed to helping members improve their overall lifestyle—not just their workouts.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and effective group fitness classes
- Provide coaching, motivation, and accountability to members
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure a safe training environment
- Modify workouts to accommodate various fitness levels and abilities
- Build positive relationships with members and foster a welcoming community
- Assist with member onboarding and fitness goal discussions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training space
- Represent The Gym’s values both inside and outside the facility
Qualifications
- Passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate people of all ages and fitness levels
- Previous coaching, training, or fitness instruction experience preferred
- Experience coaching youth athletes or kids is a major plus
