Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Group Fitness Instructor located in Hyderabad. The Group Fitness Instructor will deliver engaging and high-energy fitness classes tailored to participants of varying fitness levels. Responsibilities include leading group exercise sessions, providing individual guidance during classes, ensuring proper technique and safety, and creating an encouraging, motivating environment. The role also involves building positive relationships with participants and supporting their fitness goals while embodying the passion and energy that Beatbox Fitness represents.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction
Experience in Personal Training and knowledge of the Fitness Industry
Strong commitment to delivering excellent Customer Service and fostering a positive experience for all participants
Certified fitness qualifications (e.g., ACE, NASM, or equivalent), CPR, and first aid training are preferred
Effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for motivating others
