Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Group Exercise Manager to oversee and manage all group fitness activities within our fitness facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in managing group exercise programs and fitness instructors.
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE fitness industry and should be available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibility
Group Fitness Operation
- Manage daily group exercise operations and studio schedules.
- Plan and coordinate group fitness classes based on member preferences and industry trends.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of all fitness programs and services.
- Maintain class attendance records and monitor member engagement.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate group fitness instructors.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
- Ensure all instructors maintain valid fitness certifications.
Member Experience
- Create a positive and motivating environment for members.
- Handle member feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Promote group fitness programs, challenges, and special events to improve participation.
Healthy & Safety
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of fitness studios and equipment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations as per UAE standards.
- Ensure CPR/AED compliance for all fitness staff.
- Prepare operational and attendance reports.
- Support membership growth and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities.
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of fitness industry experience in the UAE.
- Experience in group exercise management or fitness supervision preferred.
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE, REPs UAE, NASM, AFAA, Les Mills, or equivalent).
- Valid CPR/AED certification.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
