Role Description
We are looking for a confident, football-loving individual based in London to become a key part of TheKicksApp.com’s growth.
This role combines grassroots football outreach, coach engagement, content creation, and community building. You’ll visit parks, recs, training sessions, and grassroots matches across London to speak directly with coaches, managers, players, and parents.
A huge part of this role is listening to coaches and learning how grassroots football really operates day-to-day. Your feedback and insights will directly help shape and improve the app, making this one of the most important positions within the company.
You will also take ownership of our TikTok and social media presence, helping create authentic football content from real grassroots environments.

Responsibilities
- Visit grassroots football parks, recs, and training venues across London
- Speak with coaches, managers, and teams about TheKicksApp.com
- Build relationships within the grassroots football community
- Gather feedback from coaches to help improve the app and future features
- Understand real coaching challenges and communicate them back to the team
- Create and manage TikTok and short-form social media content
- Capture authentic grassroots football moments, interviews, training clips, and team experiences
- Help promote app downloads and club sign-ups
- Represent the brand in a professional, energetic, and approachable way
Requirements
- Passion for football and grassroots sport
- Confident speaking to coaches, teams, and parents
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable approaching people in person
- Interest in TikTok, social media, and football content creation
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Based in London and able to travel locally
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
- Grassroots coaching experience
- FA coaching qualifications
- Experience creating TikTok or Instagram content
- Football analysis or sports science knowledge
- Photography or video editing skills
