About The Role
The role of a GET is a critical role for any consulting organisation. Candidates will be expected to shadow the consulting team at Dexian and provide them with all the support needed for day-to-day business problem solving.
The role provides immense learning opportunities across industry segments and business processes that help in developing an end-to-end understanding of business. It can be a very enriching experience that can trigger immense growth opportunities both professionally and personally.
Reporting to: Business Account Manager
Location: Mumbai
Compensation: As per industry standard
Roles And Responsibility
- Interpret data and results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques
- Backend research to support the team of consultants at Dexian in arriving at solutions to business problems
- Ability to listen, understand and document business process scenarios and client requirements clearly without missing out on any detail
- Creating reports, preparing client presentations, flowcharts to support the consulting team
Required Educational Qualification & Skills Of The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.
- Good leadership exposure of having led a team at school or college level will be an added advantage (in academics, sports or administration).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- No Active Backlogs
Required Experience / Technical Qualification Of The Ideal Candidate
- Only Engineering Freshers are applicable for this job role. Fresh graduates passing out this year are applicable for this role.
- Hands on experience in managing data in Excel is a preferred.
- Proficiency in using Office Tools like Word & PowerPoint.
