Golf/Racket SportsTech Co-Founder – CPO – Sweat Equity Jobs in United States at Noodle Investments™

Title: Golf/Racket SportsTech Co-Founder – CPO – Sweat Equity

Company: Noodle Investments™

Location: United States

Do you genuinely love and understand how golf and racket sports work in practice — scoring systems, tournaments, leagues, handicaps, wagering formats, social competition, and the psychology behind why people keep coming back to play? If you do, read on.

We are seeking a SportsTech Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer (CPO) to help drive two near-launch SportsTech ventures from MVP completion into Phase 1 commercialization.

This is an immediate sweat-equity co-founder opportunity. You are stepping in now to help launch products that are already substantially built, with financing expected within the next 2–3 months if the products successfully delight early users and demonstrate traction.

About Us

Noodle Investments builds and supports ventures focused on capital efficiency, strong unit economics, rapid commercialization, and meaningful real-world engagement.

Operating across North America and South Asia, Noodle Investments works hands-on with founders to accelerate product strategy, MVP execution, commercialization, hiring, fundraising, and growth. The company focuses on practical technology ventures designed to create strong network effects, measurable user engagement, and scalable commercial outcomes.

One of our current focus areas is SportsTech — particularly golf and racket sports platforms that combine:

  • Scoring and tournament systems
  • League and social competition mechanics
  • Wagering and game formats
  • Community engagement
  • AI-enhanced user experiences

Our existing CPO and CEO are actively involved and committed to mentoring and supporting the right candidate throughout the build and launch process.

The Role

This is a highly hands-on entrepreneurial product leadership role for someone who deeply understands:

  1. Modern product management and startup execution
  2. The realities of sports participation ecosystems and user behavior

You will work directly with founders, engineers, designers, operators, and investors to help refine, prioritize, and launch two SportsTech products already approaching MVP completion.

Initially, the role may begin fractionally (minimum 10–15 hours per week), coordinating with build and leadership teams across South Asia and North America. However, the ideal candidate is someone willing and able to step into a more intensive sprint over the next several weeks to help drive launch readiness, user experience refinement, and early commercial traction.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Thrives in ambiguity
  • Moves quickly without sacrificing product quality
  • Understands startup tradeoffs
  • Knows the difference between launch-critical UX issues and “nice-to-have” features
  • Can balance execution speed with customer delight

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading product strategy and roadmap definition across SportsTech ventures
  • Driving MVP completion and Phase 1 commercialization readiness
  • Refining onboarding, scoring flows, tournament UX, and customer experience
  • Identifying what must be fixed before launch versus what can be descoped or deferred
  • Prioritizing features and release sequencing
  • Coordinating execution across distributed engineering and design teams
  • Conducting market, competitor, and user research
  • Supporting go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and growth initiatives
  • Collaborating directly with founders and investors on commercialization strategy
  • Helping establish scalable product management discipline and execution processes
  • Driving measurable product momentum and early adoption

Sports Domain Knowledge

You should already have genuine familiarity and enthusiasm for:

  • Golf scoring systems and formats
  • Golf and racket sport tournaments and league structures
  • Match play, skins, Nassau, Wolf, handicaps, and wagering/game mechanics
  • Social and competitive dynamics within sports communities
  • The emotional and behavioral drivers behind repeat participation and engagement

If you have to “learn golf culture” after joining, this probably is not the right fit.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 4–5+ years of product management experience building digital consumer or B2B products
  • Strong understanding of modern product management frameworks, agile delivery, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Experience taking products from concept or MVP through launch and commercialization
  • Excellent prioritization and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently within fast-moving startup environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution bias
  • Experience collaborating with founders, investors, engineers, and cross-functional teams

Highly Desirable

  • SportsTech startup experience
  • AI or agentic systems experience
  • Experience with gamification, scoring engines, tournament logic, or engagement systems
  • Experience working with offshore or globally distributed development teams
  • Startup commercialization or fundraising exposure
  • Experience building products with strong retention and community/network effects

Compensation

This is a sweat-equity co-founder opportunity with significant upside potential.

The products are already substantially built, financing discussions are active, and the immediate focus is accelerating MVP refinement, launch execution, and user traction over the coming weeks.

For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to join at a genuine inflection point — with meaningful ownership, direct influence over product direction, and the ability to help shape the long-term trajectory of multiple SportsTech ventures.
