At our upcoming venue, we provide a high-end, immersive environment for golfers of all skill levels to practice, play, and refine their game. By combining top-tier hospitality with industry-leading technology, we are creating the ultimate destination for indoor golf instruction and entertainment.
The Role
We are seeking two (2) experienced and highly motivated Contract Golf Instructors to join our team ahead of our November 1st grand opening. As an instructor at TEED UP, you will have the autonomy to run your own coaching business within our state-of-the-art facility.
This role offers a highly flexible schedule where you manage and allow bookings on your own time, specifically targeting weekday daytime hours between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
What We Provide
You will have access to the absolute best in golf simulator technology to elevate your coaching. Our bays are fully equipped with Golfzon Twovision NX Simulators, which include the advanced My Practice mode. This system captures and delivers 20 different critical data points (including club path, face angle, ball speed, and spin rates), allowing you to provide your clients with unmatched, data-driven feedback to accelerate their improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, personalized golf instruction to clients of varying skill levels using Golfzon simulator technology.
- Analyze and interpret the 20 data points provided by the My Practice mode to help clients visualize and correct their swing mechanics.
- Manage your own schedule and client bookings during the designated 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM weekday window.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and encouraging environment for all guests visiting the venue.
- Ensure the simulator equipment is treated with care during your instructional blocks.
Qualifications
- PGA Teaching Certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as a golf instructor, coach, or teaching professional.
- Strong understanding of launch monitor data, club mechanics, and swing analysis.
- Previous experience working with golf simulators (specifically Golfzon) is a major plus but not strictly required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and client-management skills.
