Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated GK Coach/Club Coach to inspire and develop young athletes through engaging soccer training programs. In this role, you will lead dynamic coaching sessions, foster a positive environment for skill development, and promote teamwork and sportsmanship among participants. Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging coaching sessions focused on developing fundamental football skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness.
- Foster a fun, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation, teamwork, and respect among all players.
- Implement age-appropriate drills that enhance technical abilities such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and defensive skills.
- Monitor player progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support individual growth.
- Promote safety standards during all activities by ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage behavior management strategies to maintain discipline and positive conduct on and off the field.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and club staff to communicate progress and upcoming events effectively.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching children in a physical activity setting.
- Knowledge of soccer fundamentals and techniques; coaching or playing experience preferred.
- Ability to teach physical education concepts across different age groups with patience and enthusiasm.
- Must be able to obtain Safe sport and pass background check.
Pay: $30.00 – $60.00 per hour
