About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first General Manager to lead the operations of our college summer baseball team in Raleigh. This is a part-time, seasonal role perfect for someone passionate about sports, events, and community engagement. While most of the work happens during the summer season (June–July), you’ll also contribute to planning and coordination in the offseason.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day team operations during the summer season
- Manage game day logistics, promotions, and fan experience
- Coordinate with coaches, players, sponsors, vendors, and interns
- Lead planning and execution of events, theme nights, and community outreach
- Support marketing, ticket sales, and media efforts
- Help shape the culture and energy of the team – we’re here to shake things up in Raleigh!
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in event management (sports preferred)
- A self-starter with high energy and a love for connecting with people
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Passion for making baseball fun and unforgettable for fans
Compensation:
Part-time, seasonal stipend (commensurate with experience)
Commission on all team sales throughout the year (partnerships, tickets, etc.)
