We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our innovative Pilates studio to new heights! Responsibilities
- Oversee all studio operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and adherence to safety standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of instructors, trainers, and support staff to deliver high-quality Pilates classes and related fitness programs.
- Design innovative class schedules and tailored programs incorporating Pilates, yoga, cycling, group fitness, and other modalities such as CrossFit or dance-based workouts.
- Drive membership sales through effective fitness sales strategies, member retention initiatives, and personalized client engagement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and sports coaching principles to enhance program effectiveness and instructor training.
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote studio offerings, special events, workshops (including dance or sports coaching sessions), and community outreach efforts.
- Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue streams while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure the studio environment promotes health club safety protocols and fosters a welcoming atmosphere for clients of all ages and fitness levels.
Experience
- Proven leadership experience managing a health club or fitness facility with a focus on Pilates or group exercise programs.
- Strong background in personal training, teaching group fitness classes, or sports coaching with certifications in Pilates, Yoga, CrossFit or cycling preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and program design tailored to diverse populations.
- Demonstrated success in fitness sales, client retention strategies, and building vibrant community relationships.
- Familiarity with gym management software and operational systems to streamline scheduling and member management.
