Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role, located in Quito. As the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, develop and implement business strategies, and ensure operational efficiency across departments. Responsibilities also include team leadership, budgeting, goal-setting, and fostering a positive work environment. You will collaborate closely with leadership to align organizational goals with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leadership, team management, and strategic planning
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial planning, and resource management
- Ability to work as an effective leader in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant business management tools and software
- Fluency in Spanish is highly beneficial; English proficiency is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in the media, publishing, or sports industry is a strong plus.
