Overview
Full-Time Physical Therapist (DPT, MPT) – Sports & Performance | Cash-Based 1:1 Care | Sacramento, C Jobs in Sacramento, CA at NorCal Physiotherapy and Sports Sciences
Most PT jobs hand you a schedule stacked so tight you’re running three or four clients at once and calling it care, then you drive home to chart on the couch at 10pm wondering why you got into this.
We built NorCal Physio for the opposite of that.
NorCal Physio is a cash-pay, performance-driven clinic where physical therapists actually get to do the job they trained for. You’ll see 28 to 32 patients per week, spend real time with each one, and build individualized plans of care around what matters most to them. Our clients are motivated, active adults who are invested in their recovery and their long-term performance. No insurance hoops, no rushed sessions, no compromise on quality of care.
We’re hiring a full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy who wants to own the full arc of a client’s care — from the first eval to the day they’re back to performance, not just "good enough." You’ll build individualized plans, develop real relationships, coach people through the plateaus, and have honest conversations about progress. Clinician, coach, and leader in the room.
This is a full-time, 40-hour position with documentation time built into the schedule. Base compensation is $91K with up to $15K in bonus potential. Benefits include health reimbursement, continuing education budget, and 2 weeks PTO in your first year. If you’re a PT who wants to work in an environment designed for you to do your best work and build a career you’re proud of, we’d love to hear from you.
