Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced coaches to join our team as Performance Coaches and Fitness Coaches. Ideal candidates will be dynamic, energetic, and passionate about training athletes in a supportive environment. These positions require commitment, long hours, and a strong work ethic, as we strive to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

Location: 10031 Marsh Ln, Dallas

Hours: Full-time (typically 40+ hours per week; includes evenings and weekends)

Reports to: Head Coach / General Manager

Key Responsibilities

– Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions for athletes of various ages and skill levels, focusing on performance enhancement and injury prevention.

– Develop individualized training programs tailored to each athlete’s specific needs and goals.

– Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.

– Conduct assessments to track athlete progress and adjust training plans accordingly.

– Provide motivation and support to athletes in workouts, pushing them to achieve their full potential.

– Collaborate with other coaching staff to implement team training strategies and events.

– Participate in community outreach and promotional events to represent D1 Park Cities.

Qualifications & Skills

– Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field (preferred).

– 2+ years of experience coaching or training in an athletic environment.

– Strong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and conditioning protocols.

– Must possess certifications from recognized organizations (e.g., NSCA, ACSM, or similar).

– Energetic, upbeat, and enthusiastic demeanor; able to inspire and motivate athletes.

– Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Interview Process

1. Initial phone screen (:15 – 20 minutes)

2. Coaching demonstration (:54 mins) followed by Q&A with leadership team (:30 – :40 mins).

3. Final interview

Coaching Demonstration (during the in-person interview)

– Candidates will be asked to conduct a D1 workout with athletes

– Emphasize your coaching style, ability to motivate, and knowledge of training techniques.

– Prepare to answer questions post workout about the session and other questions by the onsite leadership team.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
