We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive who can seamlessly manage operations while driving bookings, memberships, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
● Welcome and assist customers with a warm, professional attitude.
● Handle enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins.
● Manage football turf, padel, and pickleball court bookings efficiently.
● Promote and convert membership enquiries into memberships.
● Upsell coaching sessions, tournaments, racket rentals, and retail products.
● Process payments, generate invoices, and maintain daily cash records.
● Maintain customer records and follow up on enquiries and membership renewals.
● Coordinate bookings, cancellations, and court schedules.
● Encourage customer feedback and Google Reviews.
● Support tournaments, events, and community engagement activities.
● Prepare daily operational and revenue reports.

✔ Basic Canva knowledge (preferred)
Sales & Customer Service Skills
● Excellent communication in English & Hindi
● Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills
● Ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
● Membership sales and upselling skills
● Professional phone etiquette
● Conflict resolution and complaint handling
● Confidence in handling premium clientele
● Positive attitude with a service-first mindset
Qualifications
● Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Hospitality, Sports Management, or any relevant discipline.
● 1–3 years of experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, fitness, sports, retail, or sales is preferred.
● Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
