In this impactful position, you will welcome members and guide them through their fitness experience at our clubs. Responsibilities include managing member check-ins, addressing inquiries, and assisting with machine usage.
Your role is essential for maintaining a clean and engaging environment for all members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet members and check them in for workouts
• Assist with questions about services and fitness equipment
• Answer incoming calls efficiently and professionally
• Conduct Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new clients
• Perform cleaning duties to support club standards
Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer service and sales is helpful
• Strong interpersonal skills and approachability
• CPR-A & AED Certification required
• Smart Tan certification to be acquired within 3 months
• Knowledge of fitness services advantageous
