As a freelance Group Exercise Instructor, you will play a crucial role in supervising and guiding fitness classes. This position emphasizes injury prevention and participant wellbeing while maintaining excellent service at our club. You’ll need to ensure that you meet the physical demands of the role and maintain your qualifications and insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead group fitness classes of various intensities
• Monitor participants’ intensity and wellbeing
• Implement injury prevention measures for all activities
• Maintain certifications and liability insurance
• Provide excellent service and support to club members
Requirements:
• Water
ART Fitness Certified in Shallow & Deep H2O
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Ability to lift fitness equipment and demonstrate exercises
• Creative mindset with teaching adaptability
• Self-motivated and engaging personality
