FOUNDING SPORTS PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR
Rising Stars Youth Training (RSYT) is seeking an ambitious Sports Performance Director to build and lead our sports performance department.
This is not a traditional hourly coaching position. This is a performance-based opportunity for an individual who wants to build programs, recruit athletes, and grow a sports performance business within RSYT.
The successful candidate will have access to training space, equipment, athlete opportunities, and facility hours from 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Compensation is directly tied to athlete participation, program enrollment, private training, camps, clinics, and sports performance programs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and grow sports performance programs.
- Recruit athletes and develop training clientele.
- Lead speed, agility, strength, and conditioning programs.
- Develop adult fitness, athlete development, and performance programs.
- Conduct private and group training sessions.
- Assist with athlete development and injury prevention.
- Work alongside physical therapy and recovery services.
Compensation:
- Performance-based compensation.
- Revenue-sharing opportunities.
- Additional income through camps, clinics, and private sessions.
- Compensation is based on participation and program growth.
- No guaranteed salary or guaranteed hours.
Schedule:
- Facility access available Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Flexible scheduling.
- Opportunity to build programs during available facility hours.
Qualifications:
- Coaching or athletic experience preferred.
- Experience working with youth or adult athletes.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to recruit, develop, and retain athletes.

Pay: $500.00 – $3,000.00 per month
