About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Football Events Sales Executive (Russian Speaker) to support the growth of our international football events by securing football academies, clubs and schools from the Russian-speaking market, the CIS market, and Eastern Europe.
The role focuses on promoting and selling participation in our football events in Dubai, including our football tournaments and Professional Football Camps.
This position is based in Dubai and is ideal for someone with strong sales ability, a passion for football, and an existing network within the football ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach football academies, clubs, schools, and sports organizations across Russian-speaking and Eastern European markets
* Promote and sell participation in football tournaments and professional football camps
* Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and direct outreach
* Build and maintain strong relationships with academy directors, coaches, agents, and decision-makers
* Guide prospects through the full registration and onboarding process
* Achieve monthly and event-based sales targets
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline status
* Provide feedback on market trends and opportunities within assigned regions
Requirements
* Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)
* Proven experience in sales (sports, events, football, or related industries preferred)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
* Ability to work on-site in Dubai
* Existing connections in football academies or sports organizations are a strong advantage
* Strong passion for football and international sports events
