Pro Generation Academy is a private, premium football academy in Kuwait focused on grassroots and youth player development.
We are seeking a motivated, skilled, and committed Football Coach to become a key member of our growing team and help shape the future of football in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach players aged 3–16 years, from recreational to advanced technical levels
- Deliver sessions in line with our football program
- Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions
- Motivate and mentor young players, promoting values such as teamwork, discipline, and excellence
- Create a safe, positive, and fun learning environment where children can grow
- Maintain professionalism on and off the pitch, contributing to the growth of football in Kuwait
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Education or a related field
- Minimum UEFA C License and experience in youth coaching
- Minimum 1 year of coaching experience in a private academy preferred
- Previous experience working abroad preferred
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
- Fluent in English and passionate about player development
- Valid passport and international driving licence
