🎯 What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate the sales floor team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring JD Sports service standards are consistently executed.
- Monitor shop floor operations, ensuring visual merchandising and store presentation standards are maintained at all times.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of store team members.
- Coach and guide team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment activities, and inventory accuracy to support smooth store operations.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive commercial opportunities and improve store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.

Essential
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail environment.
- Strong people management and team leadership skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales performance and operational excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume retail environment.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications and retail operational systems.
- Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience within sports, fashion, or lifestyle retail industries.
- Exposure to KPI-driven retail environments.
- Experience in coaching and developing large retail teams.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively engage with customers, store teams, and business stakeholders.
