We are seeking an energetic and motivated Fitness Manager to lead our dynamic health club team and elevate the member experience. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the fitness team, including personal trainers, group instructors, and sports coaches, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Design and implement diverse fitness programs tailored to different member needs, utilizing your knowledge of anatomy and physiology to maximize effectiveness.
- Oversee daily gym operations, including scheduling classes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanliness and safety protocols are followed.
- Drive membership growth through engaging fitness sales strategies and personalized consultations that highlight our club’s unique offerings.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to staff on group fitness instruction, personal training techniques, and customer engagement.
- Monitor member progress and provide expert guidance on body mechanics and exercise techniques to optimize results and prevent injury.
- Foster a positive environment that motivates members to stay committed to their fitness journeys while promoting health education initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a health club or gym setting with a strong background in personal training, group fitness instruction, or sports coaching.
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to develop safe and effective programs.
- Demonstrated ability in program design tailored to diverse populations with varying fitness levels.
- Excellent sales skills with a track record of achieving membership or service sales targets.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills for teaching physical education classes and motivating members.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
