- Sweat-inducing Hot Pilates and Hot Yoga

Instructors Needed
We’re looking for versatile founding coaches capable of leading one or more of the following formats:
RIDE
Rhythm-based or metric-focused indoor cycling. High energy, heavy beats, and incredible playlist curation.
HOT PILATES & HOT YOGA
Low-impact, high-intensity mat workouts heated to peak temperatures. Strong focus on core, alignment, and breathwork.
HIIT & TREAD
Fast-paced intervals, circuit training, and treadmill coaching. You know how to manage a split room and keep the energy soaring.
BOXING
Heavy bag work, shadowboxing, and conditioning. Technical but accessible, set to a killer soundtrack.
WEIGHTLIFTING
Form-focused, strength-building group classes. You prioritize safety, progression, and proper lifting mechanics.
What You’ll Do
- Command the Room : Deliver high-energy, safe, and effective group fitness classes that accommodate all fitness levels.
- Curate the Vibe : Build epic playlists and utilize studio lighting to create an immersive, concert-like fitness experience.
- Build Community : Actively engage with our founding members, answer questions, and foster an inclusive, welcoming studio culture.
- Prioritize Safety : Provide clear cues, form corrections, and modifications (regressions and progressions) as needed.
- Be a Team Player : Maintain studio cleanliness, assist with equipment resets, and represent the SSS Academies brand with passion.
What We’re Looking For
Experience Minimum 1+ years of experience teaching group fitness (preferred, but we love raw talent and offer training!).
Certifications
- A primary Group Fitness or Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA, ACSM, etc.)
- Modality-specific certifications (e.g., Yoga Alliance RYT, Pilates Mat, Indoor Cycling certification) are highly preferred.
The "It" Factor A magnetic personality, exceptional rhythm (for Ride/Pilates), and a powerful voice that can motivate a room.
Reliability Punctual, professional, and adaptable to a fast-paced studio launch environment.
