We are looking for a high-achieving Fitness Director to lead one of our studios. This is part coach, part leader, part business driver. You will own the member experience, grow and retain the membership, develop your team of coaches, and hit the studio’s growth goals. What You’ll Do
– Lead the studio: own member acquisition, retention, and team performance
– Drive membership growth through consultations, lead follow-up, and community outreach
– Coach a portion of the week’s sessions — you lead from the floor, not just the office
– Hire, train, develop, and schedule your coaching team
– Own retention: spot disengaged members early and re-engage them before they lapse
– Hit studio revenue and membership targets, and report on the numbers
– Set the tone for culture, energy, and accountability every day
Who We’re Looking For
– A natural leader who can build, coach, and inspire a team
– Comfortable with sales and consultations — you can turn interest into committed members
– Results-driven and accountable to numbers
– Someone who still loves coaching and being on the floor
– Organized, professional, and an excellent communicator
What You Bring
– 2+ years of personal training experience; leadership or management experience strongly preferred
– A nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, or equivalent) — or a degree in Exercise Science
– Current CPR/AED certification
– A track record of sales, retention, or team leadership is a major plus
