At Vivo for Healthier Generations Society, you’ll empower individuals and families through expert fitness guidance and exceptional customer experiences. This full-time or part-time role focuses on building relationships and promoting fitness programs, ensuring members feel welcomed and connected to our community. You will assist in operating fitness spaces, maintain equipment, and promote a culture of safety and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and support members and guests professionally
• Monitor fitness areas for safe equipment usage
• Conduct facility tours and orientations for new members
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness spaces
• Collaborate with team members for seamless operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in fitness or customer service
• Certifications in First Aid and CPR-C/AED required
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with scheduling software is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
