Building relationships with members, coaching them on fitness equipment, and ensuring satisfaction will be paramount in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and follow-up on new membership sales
• Generate leads through outreach and business partnerships
• Coach members on cardiovascular and weight training
• Book tours and appointments for prospective clients
• Maintain cleanliness and assist at the front desk
Requirements:
• Previous sales experience is essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• CPR certification required within 3 months
