The City of Orillia is hiring Fitness Floor Staff to manage day-to-day operations and promote an inviting atmosphere. You’ll deliver personal training services, supervise facilities, and provide excellent customer care. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication abilities and be effective in both fitness delivery and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise guests for safety and engagement
• Conduct centre tours and assist membership inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Support and deliver fitness programs and orientations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness areas
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Certified Personal Trainer certification necessary
• Standard First Aid with CPR C required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Educational qualifications in fitness-related fields are valued
