Fitness and Wellbeing Manager

Up to £30,000 depending on experience
40 hours per week
As the UK’s largest Healthcare Charity, we need the right people to help us look after the nation’s wellbeing. We are looking for a strong team leader to help colleagues deliver their best work, with a focus on performance management, developing potential and training others to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Take on a commercial role that spans management, governance and sales of major services.
- Report to the Programme Director and line manage the fitness team.
- Be responsible for organising and implementing the class timetable.
- Oversee fitness programming, from studio classes to personal training.
- Continually improve site standards and develop ways to drive team performance.
- Drive, develop and support the team to achieve ambitious sales and KPI goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previously worked as a personal or fitness trainer with experience of managing a small or large team.
- Qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level.
- Studio experience.
- Track record of driving personal training revenue and designing effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
