Job Summary
You will be working as a Field Manager for our Prep Redzone 7on7 Tournament on Saturday and Sunday, January 17th-18th at Saratoga High School in Saratoga, CA. You will be paid $18 an hour via direct deposit.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Field Generals will be in charge of maintaining order during the game and ensuring the rules are enforced properly.
- If there is a dispute on the interpretation of a rule, the field manager can act as a liaison between the the coach to make sure the rules are enforced properly.
- Each field manager will receive a copy of the rules prior to the tournament.
- There will also be a rule sheet at each of the fields for reference.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience coaching at the High School or College Level.
- Punctuality and attention to detail is a must.
